We provide flexibility for our users to manage their subscriptions at any time.
You can cancel your ShelfToProfit subscription at any time through the ‘Settings’ or ‘Account’ section of your dashboard. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to request cancellation.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or yearly). No further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.
Following the expiration of your subscription, your data (Sales, Inventory, etc.) will be archived for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting your records before your access ends.
